So many people ask why our food tastes so good, we thought we'd explain. We discovered that slowly roasted meat is vastly superior to meat roasted the conventional way. Adelle Davis, author of "Let's Cook it Right" and "Let's Eat Right to Keep Fit," said that slowly roasted meat is "amazingly delicious, juicy and tender."
The reason we serve tasty, tender and nutritious meat is that we use our own specially-built, slow-roasting ovens. Our food is also more nutritious because low heat preserves the protein, vitamins and minerals that ordinary cooking destroys.
We take care to serve the healthiest food we can. So of course we don't use chemical tenderizers. When we fry, we use only 100% canola oil, which is lower in fat and has no cholesterol. We bake our own bread and rolls to insure freshness. For our pizza we make our own dough, grind our own cheese, use only fresh vegetables and we even make our own sausage.
